Zoya现在的新活动，zoya exchange，可以用家里不用的任何指甲油，一对一地换zoya的指甲油。截至到2/28/2009. US only.

到www.zoya.com/exchange 填表，系统就会给你发个邮件，邮件里有一个认证号码和订单表格。

STEP 1:

Organize the old nail polishes your are returning. These polishes can be used or unused, and may be any brand other than ZOYA. Count the total number of bottles you will be shipping to us and write that number in the box below. Remember you must exchange a minimum of 6 bottles of polish, and no more than a maximum of 200 bottles.

STEP 2:
Now that you have decided how many bottles of nail polish you are exchanging, write down the ZOYA Nail Polishes that you would like to receive in exchnge for your old polish in the table below. Remember you must select exactly the same number of Zoya Polishes as the number of polishes you are returning. Use multiple sheets if needed. You can see a complete zoya color chart at www.zoya.com

STEP 3:
Calculate the shipping & processing. ($3 per bottle)

STEP 4:
Payment Options.
You can include a check for the amount shown the "Amount Due" square in the table above, or you can choose to have us charge you credit or debit card. Please select your payment choice below and sign .

STEP 5:

Pack up all your polish and enclose this form (along with check or cc#) with your shipment and send by ground shipping to the following address:
